Booked a mini bus for a brownie trip. After offering the trip to the Brownies realised a mini bus was going to be too small so cancelled to book a coach (with another company, thank goodness) Cancelled on 12th September and still have not received a refund if £279!! Had to cancel a trip the Brownies were due to go on due to lack of funds, have told Lc Van hire this and absolutely no remorse or sympathy whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
