Not only are they a rip off, they won't do anything over email, only phone. Therefore no way to document. I went 5 months waiting for program documentation. Every time I asked about it, it was "on its way", "did you check your spam folder" and more, only to have recently have been told there isn't any. Strung along for months waiting. Agents have very heavily accented English, so much so that you can't always understand. I called to cancel this horrible program, ended up agreeing to pay $25.00 to end this year's payments. Imagine my horror when I found out it was $1,125.00! RUN AWAY. I joined because it's been promoted by the Legion, TWS, Rally Point, and more. They need to do some due diligence on this place. I'm contacting the BB and Chamber at both the state and local levels. Did I say STAY AWAY?! User's recommendation: RUN AWAY.
