Microwave Russel Hobbs 45l

I bought a Russel Hobbs Microwave 45l from Game Rosebank it had a fault returned it hardly 3 days and was given another one, same thing happened with the 2nd one within 3 days, I was then exchange and got a new one at Game Midrand on the 24/06/2020, this one lasted till recently in May, I returned to Game Clearwater, I have been given the run around ever since and no communication since the 24 May, I called on the 20th June and stated that the 21 days for repair has lapsed and that the manager would call me, after an hour a lady called me and stated that they would get back to me, its more than 21 days right now and no feedback is communicated and that still when you call the phone rings alone the whole time. I dont understand why was i not given a new microwave and move on with my life while i have to sit more than a month now 35days in counting without a microwave that I bought from Game
