Purchased in 2018. All worked well until my Windows 10 became corrupted and I had to re-install. Can't reinstall and Microsoft cant help m even though I have a product key. Cant reach software mart. I was passed on to several departments at Microsoft and they told me that they had no record of this product. Hard to believe since I was able to operate the program for over two years.
