Hello, id ike to report an incident that occurred in your Caltex in Kyogle on the 29th of August at 12PM. I went with my husband to get petrol. I never got out of the car. My husband pumped the fuel and went inside to pay. As he was exiting the store, Michelle who is one of your employees yelled at me screaming "keep [censored]ing smiling" I turned around and said "what? why can't I smile?" Another employee with red hair then came to the door entry and began staring at me saying in a stern voice "have a good day" I asked her "why can't I smile? what have I done?" which we drove off after I said that. I was smiling at my husband who was exiting the shop. I don't appreciate being treated like this by staff. I didn't even enter there shop so Michelle had no reason to scream at me.
