Merchant not honoring requested refund or sending purchased materials

I ordered 2 Black Sabbath BLM T shirts with all proceeds to go to BLM. After waiting for a while beyond the prescheduled delivery date I contacted them to find out it was delayed. Since it had already been a week since it was to be delivered and that they chose to not alert me, I asked for a refund. I keep getting the same response, that if I want a refund I need to let them know. I've requested it multiple times with no confirmation whatsoever, other than the same email stating that I'd need to let them know if I want a refund. User's recommendation: Don't do business with an organization that ignores your refund requests, especially when the issue was on their end to begin with.
