merchandise I ordered wasn’t available

I ordered a blazer on march 30, 2017. Wasn't informed that it was on longer available for at least 2 weeks. I told them I wanted a full refund. Was told it was in my account — my wallet. Am unable to get to a website with those options on them. Tried to contact paypal but they don't have my e-mail address although they do e-mail me. Why can't you just credit my credit card? It only took 3 days to charge my card when purchased.
