Mercedes Benz Colindale refused to refund my £10,000 deposit following the death of my mother from Cancer even though I previously bought a brand new car from them worth £70,000 just two years earlier. I was unable to pay the balance £90,000 due to funeral expenses for my mother. All I was offered was an extension to of three more weeks to come up with the balance money.
