Hello, I would like to file a complaint about a pair of men's dress shoe that my boss bought 3-4 years ago in US. these shoes are hardly worn, as my boss owns 4-5 more pairs of ecco shoes. Few days ago while he was wearing these shoes for first time in months, the heels of these shoes compeletly disintegrated, which is a big surprise as they are hardly used. He is extremely upset with this situation and would like a replacement for this item. your prompt resolution of this problem is greatly appreciated. (he does not have an invoice anymore)
