My home club (Marina) closed permanently and I was reassigned to West Lane/Bianchi. I extended my hold due to the uncertainty of continuing my membership. When I finally decided to quit and join another club, I couldnt quit via the IS App. So, I tried to call customer service IS and they are only open limited days and hours per week. I tried to call my home club and was told quitting could only be done in person. I wanted to have my past monthly pmt credited and quit my membership. I assumed I would need to speak with a supervisor in customer service but I believe theyre closed again today.
