Membership for family

I have tried for 4 days tp contact and sign up with orange theory , and NOT 1 response from any of the gyms or customer service. This is extremely discouraging considering Im willing to throw money at them and sign up and yet I have not heard one word from anyone as of today User's recommendation: Good luck on getting signed up over the phone.
