Membership fee caused late payment

Original review updated by user Aug 04, 2021 I do not receive statements from this company. I think this is because I don't use the card and always have a zero balance.I was charged a yearly membership fee, but was unaware that the fee was charged. Unlike my other credit cards, First Progress does not allow a min payment to be taken out of a checking account. I was notified by Experian that there was a 30-day late reported by First Progress. Unless I logged into their website on a monthly basis i would not know about this charge, and since i don't use the card it would not be practical to do so. I contacted the company and was told i had to fax a letter for the dispute. As of today i have faxed it twice
