The medicine cabinet shelf brackets are very flimsy and always fall off. When I opened my medicine cabinet the shelf fell down with everything on it, cracking my sink and the mirror on one of medicine cabinet doors. I asked them to send me replacement brackets and a new mirrored door and they said I have to take the medicine cabinet off the wall and take it to Home Depot and exchange it for a new one. I told them this medicine cabinet is recessed into the wall and is very big. Id have to hire someone to take it off User's recommendation: Don’t trust glacier bay life time warranty.
