Medication held up in USA FDA Customs

I have been ordering Domperidone (Motillum) through Big Mountain Drugs for 5 years. My last order in 2018 had several delivery errors that was remedied after several phone calls. I waited the expected 21 days for first order. Called Customer Service (CS) to inquire and encouraged to wait a bit longer. Orders have to clear Customs in the USA and they have no control of THAT process. Next, it had been 5-6 weeks since I placed my order. I called CS and complained that I was out of my medication and I have been waiting double the delivery time. I inquired details of the transit of my order and was told they do not track any of their orders and then the same “clearing Customs” excuse. I demanded a (no cost) re-issue delivery and at an expedited rate and was processed with helpful and efficient service. In a matter of days to a week later my medication arrived. There was no evidence of ANY additional postage required to be delivered to me. Why can’t I get or even pay for that delivery time every time? While CS was processing my replacement order, they asked me to just call them when I get order #1 and then I could pay for them. My reply was “Absolutely Not”! I will not pay Mountain Drugs for its’ incompetence. About 4 weeks later I received a letter from the FDA stating an order I had with Big Mountain Drugs was being withheld in the USA LA Customs and I could go there to retrieve my medicine. I could not be bothered and refused to use my time, gasoline and money to finish their work. For the delays to medicate my medical condition. Yes, I am going to order again with Big Mountain Drugs. I searched the FDA website for Big Mountain Drugs and “Internet Marketing of an Unapproved and Misbranded Drug” and found only one instance in 2013. I can recommend to place an order with Big Mountain Drugs.
