Meal credited to wrong account

My name is Leon Cort, Member # 6000 11** **23 1752 Reg # 154384. Member for many years, Ate at Bonefish Grill 05/30/2021 Check # 0158 Table 415 Bonnie was the server Bill Total $52.30 I gave Bobbie MY credit card and MY Dine rewards card. She said her rewards machine was not working but she would try. I receuied an email the next day, my email address but addressed to MY WIFE, KATHLEEN CORT. Email said she received this as her first dinner ! Kathleen did register with Dine Rewards YEARS AGO but never received a a card. This should have been addresses to me and would have shown it was my FORTH visit. Please make the necessary corrections. I can be reached at leecort@***.com or 772-220-****. Thank you
