Me.Sub location was better then the skip customer support

I went into the mr.sub I placed my ordered on to show them in person what happened and the lady working there on Saturday August 14th was absolutely amazing. She made me a 12 sub for free. She apologized to me extremely sincerely and told me that customer satisfaction is her #1 priority. She did a lot more for me then the skip e dishes phone operator. The women I spoke to lies and told me I would be betting and additional $7 back from because my order was not edible and they only gave me back $4 but when I got the skip email it said it was a skip credit pissedconsumers for skip was disappointing User's recommendation: Accommodate your customers better. If it’s not worth the money give them their money back!
