MB of Honolulu Unreliable and inexperience Technician

I brought a car that has existing recall and just found out there is an issue with the car I thought it was related to the service bulletin recall so I stop by and wanted to talk to Mr Warren something who at the time was the service advisor for the previous owner, but he was rude and told me I don't have any appointment but I insist just spare me 1 minute but he refused, they refer me to the service manager and gave me another advisor name Devin, I left to drop-off my wife to work, at this point something happen with the car it wouldn't start for almost an hour then car started so I stop by the MB service department and left it there overnight , the next morning I received a call from Devin and told me that the intake manifold is broken so I asked for estimates ...to my surprised at least $3500 plus the battery, I told him ill tow the car and have a friend replace the broken parts, the car is running fine now. The following week I called Devin and inquire about the recall but insist still waiting for the parts and then I called the parts department about the parts and told there are few on hands so I called Devin again to let him know that parts are available he then change his mood so he set me up an appointment. Pick up the car at the end of the day and on the way home the car started to act weird, engine surging and luckily I made it home, Called Devin and told him about the car, I hooked up OBD2 that I bought for European Car for my Mini Cooper and told him about the multiple ENGINE CODES, they really not interested what I told them.. and told to bring my car back, I received a call telling me they can not duplicate the problem so I picked up my car, same thing happen the car hesitant to idle, engine surging but able to make it home for me to drive the car back to the shop I had to clear the code and by the time they look at it the code doesn't shows up. They kept the car overnight for further troubleshooting, the third day they told me I needed to replace the fuel pump.. ok done pick up the car same issue car surging this time I brought my scanner with me and were able to pulled 9 engine code so I keep clearing because if I don't I get stuck on the middle of freeway. I called Devin again and told him about my car, this time I told him about all the codes that I am seeing but still not interested, brought the car again and was told that the fuel pump relay is not OEM its Ford brand so they changed it for free, pick up the car and the same car hesitant. The car will not start when its hot had to wait 30-1hr then the car starts. I informed Devin about all the issue and told to bring the car back, on December 6 2016 MB towed my car and SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM TO TROUBLESHOOT CODE P-0455 and PRINTED 10 PAGES OF CODES THAT I PULLED FROM THE CODE READER AND LEFT IN THE CAR DASHBOARD, I WANTED TO FIND OUT WHAT CAUSING p-0455 because this code pups-up first before the rest of the code and then car will not start when its hot, 2-3 days later Devin informed me that they still looking for the culprit, a week later Devin told me they need to remove the intake manifold to inspect although its newly installed out of dealership and told me the engine run rich, I insist because if there is a leak there it will go lean too much air but he insist so I said go ahead and told him im wasting diagnostic fees if they will not find there. Few days passed Devin called me that the car was done that the intake manifold is the problem but I insist to drive the car at least 30 miles so he told me to ask his boss to drive it over the weekend, waited Monday morning December 19, 2016 Devin informed me that they need to replace the SAM (computer circuit board) so I agree to change but I told him I had a doubt its the issue but he told me the fuel pump keeps shutting down, before Christmas day Devin called me that the car is done and ready for pick up, i asked him if they test drive the car and he said 14 miles running good and no issue no code and clear but I have a bad news... there is noise like grinding coming from the starter, I was shocked and told him it wasn't making noise when I brought in the car so he said he'll let me know. December 26 he called me with an estimates and said that 3 tooth is missing on the flywheel and there is indentation on the starter and need to replace as well so I said you had the car for almost a month, New Year passéd I stop by the shop and talked to Stan the service manager about their reckless on handling my car.. he was mad and told me "WHAT IS I REFUND ALL YOUR MONEY BRING YOUR CAR TO WHOEVER MECHANIC YOU CHOOSE AND DON'T EVER BRING BACK TO US" I WAS SHOCKED AND SAID YOU TELL YOUR CUSTOMER LIKE THAT? And then he gave me another option after I beg him to help me out because it wasn't making noise when I brought my car he then said how about you pay the parts and they cover the labor so I asked for estimates for my share and he mumbled I couldn't understand somewhere around $1300 so I said still too expensive for the pars and the he said he'll talk to his boss and he'll let me know, went home and then Stan called me and said he can only give me 25% off of total bills and I said what happen to the option you gave me? His response I no longer give you that option. New Years passed they calling me to pick up my car so I did with broken flywheel and starter. On my way home I stop by Costco gas station to top off...car doesn't start, waited 30-45 minutes then start, no engine check drives fine, pick up my wife at Ala Moana, stop by to buy dinner..same thing car wouldn't start waited for about 30 minutes then start on our way home 9:30 PM car just loosing power and die, called 911 for assistance. While waiting for tow truck car started again so Police officer escorted us to our destination, next morning I started the car and it fine then I hooed up my scanner, pulled P-0455 code, same code as before, so I called Tow truck to bring my car back to Shop. January 11 2017, I was told they are no longer wanted to work on my car and refused to fix the car issue. I called MB corporate and they told me the issue was something about EVOPARATIVE SYSTEM... this is the issue I wanted them to fix from day 1, Devin said the issue now is not related to what they worked on.. They are bunch of LIAR and scammer all they want is customer's money, they want to replace the most expensive parts then they go to small and cheap parts then they tells you its no charge and yet they never fix my issue or concern. Their mechanics are not fully trained in my opinion, they only know how to replace parts but lack of troubleshooting technique... I will not buy Mercedes Again as long as Mercedes Benz of Honolulu the only service dealer in Honolulu.
