To whom it may concern: I have never been so unhappy with a $6/700 purchase. Shortly, after it was purchased it started shaking about and banging around on spin. I'd redistribute the weight and that never worked. I'd have to take clothes out to spin and drain, then do it again with the remaining clothes. I've but a rug under it and that didn't help. Basket doesn't go straight down when pushed down, but bounces all all around. The balancing legs seem intact, but have dug into the yoga mat/rug. I took off the top tonight and stabilizer rods seem intact, but the plastic outer drum is dinged from hitting the outside edge. What can Maytag do to right this terrible wrong?
