I requested to port in to Maxis from Celcom on 20th February 2021 under my husband's supplementary line. Till today, 14th March both telco companies are yet to settle the port out and port in issues with my number as the account holders are different person. Both companies were pushing the problem to each other and asked me to wait. Moreover, my number in Maxis is not active yet and Maxis has charged the supplementary line of around RM 15 plus. At the same time, I have to pay my bill at Celcom. I have replied the port out message to Celcom since 10th March and Celcom claimed that they have processed the port out request. Now is pending Maxis to process and receive my port in request. What's wrong with Maxis or Celcom? Is the port out and port in request required to do within 1 month period and is the port in request so difficult to settle till no one from Maxis can answer me the turnaround time of all this?
