Mavis unable to diagnose brake problem

Had caliper and rotor replaced on Right rear wheel. Had to return 2nd and 3rd time with brake on r/r hot and smoking. Finally took car to a repair shop that knew what thy were doing and had problem fixed. User's recommendation: I was a long time customer and will never return and will never suggest Mavis to others.
