I bought Mastercraft patio door from menards, order to more than a month to to ship , finally arrived and had carpenters installed the door , when tried to controll one side blind the *** was broken , went to menards in Niles, Illinois to address the issue ,they asked me to contact Mastercraft door manufacturer. Contacted them with email attached the pictures , the response I received was so irresponsible , without going through the fault , customer service representative gave me the solution User's recommendation: I don't recommend Mastercraft products.
