Hello, I have received my cancellation invoice and a credit to my USAA Visa ending in #6369, for $4354.00, for reservation 4381****. The amount of $2395.22 was applied to a MasterCard ending in 5454. I had to cancel all of my credit cards due to a fraud incident. All of my credit cards were cut in half and destroyed. Is there anyway you can give me any more information on the MasterCard ending in #5454? The bank name, the issuing company? There is no way for me to get my money unless I find the company. I’m afraid the credit will just sit in limbo until it disappears. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you very much, Robin
