This card keeps affecting my credit score Ive paid everything on time and have never been late or ran up my card excessively I need help!! this is out of control, have talked to 3 managers and one said he would fix the issue, now this happens . I never had this issue in all the years Ive used this card Im about to close this acct for good I have been transferred to too many department with no resolve
