I can't find how to complain to "corporate management". The way this gym has degenerated since NYSC took over ownership/management should be criminal. Too many machines are broken. The place is filthy. Things as simple as the heat being on or replacing burned-out light bulbs are ignored. You should be charged with management maleficence.
