I had a debit not go through, I changed the debit from PayPal to my debit card to remedy the action. I tried to call, left a message, called again requesting a callback, sent an email to notify MarleySpoon of the remedy action for them to debit. I called again the next day to get the issue to sorted so that I did not miss out on my delivery. Well that was all a grand waste of my time as the call centre lady not only could not spell out my name and email address but insisted that my order was cancelled and that there was nothing that could be done about it. I am floored at that kind of customer service. Money is money and if a person is willing to pay the service should be rendered. I had just given Marleyspoon a glowing reference for their product however, my regret is now that the ball has been dropped. Customer service is seriously lacking
