They have been known to flood Child Protective Services with trivial complaints about parents wasting their time, and are only interested in protecting their own staff never interested in the kids or teenagers needs. They pretend you will have a meeting with their counsel in a safe place but then ring up at the last minute insisting on interviewing their child in their child's bedroom for no legitimate reason.
