Managers Refusal of Service

My name is Illyas Malik Jenkins The the person (Kristine Kym)claiming to be a general Manager here at the 4270 S.Valley View Blvd location is refusing to give me changes in linen. Therefore, I must spend my money to wash Extended Stay's Linen if I am to have clean linen, otherwise I my linen is dirty. She says this is policy if someone is being evicted regardless of the CDC moratorium. She refuses to show me policy regarding this and just laugh and says she doesn't have to. She even had the audacity to tell me to call corporate if I wanted to because they will support her decision. User's recommendation: Ask them to give you policy for whatever they say. If they can't produce policy then they're lying.
