Owner is being deceived by manager by untruths , Place has been in turmoil just since new management with no people skills was put in place, wasn't many problems in previous visits. She has made up stories of trust issues so she can be at all socials to "prevent damage". Long term people are leaving to a more stable environment as they don't know who is next to be evicted.
