On Saturday, March 21, 2021, at 4:19pm I came to order Buy One Get One Free Castle Combos with the coupon sent to my email [protected]@yahoo.com for the St. Patrick's Holiday. I went there to pick up Sliders for my parents who are both in their 70s and cannot take a chance to catch Covid-19 when they have not been vaccinated just to use a coupon for BOGO. I printed out these coupons in black & white another in color where most of the coupon would have been Green for St. Patrick's Day. I know the coupon says for use by one customer per visit but in these pandemic times you need to tell your White Castle Managers to make exceptions. This Manager that afternoon argued with me that she was only going to let me use 2 of the 3 coupons for BOGO. She was belligerent and said from now on any BOGO coupon would be one time per customer per visit. If I'm taking advantage of a coupon that you send me and I am purchasing for Senior Citizens who are at risk for Covid-19 you guys at White Castle have to understand that all your clientele can't go out to buy your products.
