I always heard what a subpar hospital Mackenzie Health/York Central was but it's my local hospital so supporting my hospital is/was important but now I'm scared of the incompetence that I have in countered I was called by the mammogram clinic to make an appointment my dr sent over request the person who called from clinic said they couldn't find records of previous apts and then same person called to tell of booked apt they didn't leave a date or time for apt then left a number to a COVID clinic not really inspiring much confidence if they can't book apts can they do tests??? Really disappointed Markham Stouville so much better they use trained people to book apts - maybe u could try that seems to work! Then the operator that doesn't even know that you have a mammogram clinic maybe once the clinic people get trained they could show him where the clinic is. People use hospitals at they're worst when they need serious help from trained professionals. Your hospital seems to be a gong show which is quite sad.
