Malwarebytes Re-Installation on new PC, and duplicate premium Subscriptions

I just upgraded from a 32bit PC to a 64bit PC and have spent hours trying to re-install Malwarebytes on my new PC. After several days and many hours, last night I successfully got the MB re-installed Now I need someone from MB customer service to cancel my duplicate Premium Subscription. Every time I call MB customer service between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm I get a message that my call is outside normal hours and the call drops. MB is based in California and I live in California. .All my efforts to contact MB Customer Service has been like hitting a brick wall. its been over a week and no return calls from MB and 5:00 pm service User's recommendation: Try one of the MB competitors to get malware protection, maybe you will get a better response from their Customer Service department.
