An Update was requested on my account in which there has NEVER been a problem with prompt payments. There was no problem with the VISA card, but I resubmitted it anyway. I received the following: You have successfully updated your payment details for your subscription. You will receive an email with further information about your payment at the appropriate time. (I have received absolutely nothing & the demands continue). I have received nothing but continued requests for an Update - I have done this twice and the demands continue with no response. If a perfect record is not satisfactory, then why not just cancel a patron like me? Nowhere can I find an e-mail address and I am not going to waste any more time on these CHATS that do nothing but waste my time and then refer me elsewhere to another CHAT.
