I was hesitant to reach out to or use Mako Invent after reading some reviews on here. I'm glad I reached out to them regardless. They have a new VP that joined in March and while the team must have been good before, James Chalmers is world class and a gentleman! I first approached them in May to look at a product I've been working on for over 6 years. After spending $17,000 with Invent Help and $22,000 with Spark Innovation, I found myself still without a marketable product. Why James impressed me so much is that he was honest enough to say my idea wouldn't be a success because the demand wasn't there. Other products already solved the issue I was trying to solve and better. He refused to quote me and I was ready to spend another $20,000+ to make it work. His knowledge is impressive, but the standards he sets for himself and his team nothing short of world class. I'm working on a much simpler product now and can't wait to show it to the team at MAKO and move it forward. I will update my progress shortly. -Jeff Sykes, Kingston
