Making work for their customers.

They require receipts that they already have a digital record of. They denied payment several times for nine different bills for PT, prescriptions and medical services from 1/10/ 2019 to 3/30 2019. While we can upload the receipts and I understand the need for accountability the print out from them details all of the information I see on the receipts already. All of the receipts are from reputable established providers and did not require receipts under my previous FSA company. It is lousy service that bounce passes work to the consumer thereby turning a benefit into a pain in the butt.
