Iam new to the cruise experience and for me having a spacious balcony cabin is what I want to relax in on vacation! My best experience was on the Breakaway for 7 nights the cabin was huge and very relaxing and it was the exact cabin in the photo they sent me when I booked it ! I just got back from the Sky and the Link below shows the Balcony cabins on this ship https://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/sky/staterooms/balcony The cabin I got and that photo is attached I believe was not even close to what is on there sky website it was very small and a port hole window in the side with a small balcony also Iam a big man it was so tiny and the shower was very small ! I dont think 2 people could be very relaxed in this small room they gave me! They will not give me a total refund or put me on a future cruise with the balcony cabin I was expecting to get ! Is this even legal? If they dont resolve this properly then I will never go on one of there ships again! Iam still totally shocked and sad about it all!
