Previous contacts went unanswered-problem waiting for return of 32T A/C parts valued @l over 2k and found to be not required due to faulty non testing of system by Webasto customer service Rep advised us he was to approve return. REASONS WE SUBMITTED FOLLOW: We paid approx. 700.00 in testing of new system and testing of previously installed blower units. In one single blower unit WEBASTO tech. found electric box surface to be warm DID NOT UNCOVER UNIT ADVISED IT WAS A "FIRE HAZARDF" HE DID GO NO FURTHER THAN PLACING HIS HAND ON THE BOX SURFACE-DID HE TEST EL INSIDE! HE FOUND THE TOPSIDE 3 BLOWER UNIT POST DELIVERY AND PAYMENTOF HE INSSTED REQUIRED REPLACENT A FRIEND GRAD ELEC. ENGINEER TESTED FOUND BLOWER FAN WAS STUCK APPLIED WD 40 PENETRATING OIL, SPUN THEE UNIT_ SHOTLY AFER E HAD 68 DEGREE AIR IN THE SALON! SIMILARLY , IN ONE RESPECT HE LOOKED AT A COMBINED 3 BLOWER IN THE UPPER COCKPIT ADVISED AT LEAST ALL SHOULD BE REPALCED DUE TO ELECTRONISIS AGAIN,POST ORDER THE D AS "ELECTRONISIS COVERING THE UNITST FOILS" HERE AGAIN OUR E.E.. FRIEND RESTED THE UNIT FOUND NO 220V - ALSO BY SIMPLY VACUMING THE ENTIRE HOUSING THE ELECTRONISIS WAS FOUND TO BE SIMPLY FLAKED OFF RUBBER FROM THE BLOWER INSULA TION. NOTEABLY HE FOUND CUT AND TAPED ELECTRIC SUPPLY WIRE tucked away (220V) and cut! BY SIMPLY RESTORING THE FEED WE HAD A/C! HAD WEBASTO TECH PROPERLY TESTED ALL THE UNITS PURCHASED/ DELIVERED WE OBVIOUSLY WOULD NOT HAVE REQUIRED THE REPLACEMENT PARTS IN EXCESS OF 2K AND NEVER OPENED! IT SHOULD ALSO BE NOTED THAT WE PURCHASED YOUR EQUIPMENT AT AN AUTHORIZSD DEALER FURTHER- WE SUFFFERED ABOARD OUR YACHT FROM JULY THRU THE TIME- ABOUT 5 MONTHJS AGO WO/ AIR IN THE AREAS STATED ABOVE ONE PART W AS BACK ORDER ABOUT 4 MONTHS NONE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT HAS EVER BEEN OPENED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEFORE TAKIING LEGAL ACTION I AM PROVIDING ONE MORE CHANCE TO HAVE THIS ISSUE MADE RIGHT -
