I just went to your Clifton Park location and specifically asked a young lady who waited on me if my car would be hand towel dried once I went through the exterior only car wash and she said yes and that the wheels would be sprayed. When I arrived outside that did not occur and asked the young man outride. He said nothing like that is included with the exterior wash anymore. I would not. have purchased two. I am disappointed since the car needed to be dried off as there was extra dirt and smudges they did not come off during the wash cycle.
