7/13/2012 A judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by Cashews owners, finding that the Owners could Not prove negligence or mal-practice. On a sidenote, All the Pictures displayed were not of Cashew at the end of his Life, they were at the onset of his unfortunate illness This owner has misrepresented all the facts to suit her posting. This was and still is a unfortunate situation with a no win for either party. It would be wise of the original complainer to get the facts correct before proceeding to slander and spread negative untruths in the Internet world.
