Majestik replaced failed iPhone 5 battery with a cheap battery that couldn’t work the cpu

Daughter paid $50 to the Oshawa store to replace her iPhone 5 battery. She took it home and charged it per directions but it was not operating properly right away. Failed to load or run apps, erratic % battery readings. She went back to Majestik and the sales person would not listen to the problem or look at the phone. He yelled at her that she "knows nothing" and she "needs a new power cord". "No refund or exchange". We took it to another shop and they identified that Majestik is know for using cheap batteries. We paid them to have the new battery replaced and the phone worked immediately. Sure enough the Majestic supplied battery is a cheap Chinese battery with insufficient output voltage due to low, low quality. I happen to know the "no refund or exchange" policies are voided for sub-standard workmanship or parts so I'm off to talk to them. Bet they won't make me upset! I would recommend HiTech communications instead.
