Mail still not delivered it’s over a month.

I text , tracked and called so now I have to go back in and file claims! Really but I need to know why this big box just disappeared off the radar of transport from USPS? Transparency and accountability and fines should be enforced every time this happens. I am a paying customer and as so responsibility is enforcement come in fines. And the the employee not doing their job. And supervisor then tracking will work. User's recommendation: UPS or FedEx.
