I took the tractor to a Mihandra dealer. They did not have any experience with this model but bought all the necessary upgrades (software) and installed them. They contacted Mihandra for support and rec'd none from their district and manufacturing resources. We think the problem is with the intake/exhaust system. Anyway the producers of a product like this have to be stupid not to support their product and take all measures to resolve this problem. I have read that there are more like this. Of course we'll have to get rid of the tractor aqnd never buy a product made by these mfrs (i.e., Mihandra and TYM). problem User's recommendation: No service/product support buy from a different mfr. I bought this tractor from Mihandra in Houston, Texas w/o warranty. I have paid the Mihandra dealer for their services with the understanding that it is not warranty work.ervices.
