I received my order and confirmation agreement late in the mail and wanted to cancel the order but when I phoned I was informed that I could no longer cancel. The customer service was very disappointing and not helpful at all. I do not care about a refund on what I have already paid I just no longer want the magazine order. I have never complained about a service and am very sorry to be doing so now
