Not sure oil change was performed. Vehicle was where we could see during supposed service. Tech was texting most of time. Lugs on wheels still had mud on them. Even tho this was free, still requested. We are making a 50 mile trip tomorrow but are afraid of what might happen. Told me battery need changed, just bought 6 weeks ago. Said Air filter needed changed. Pulled and is clean as can be. User's recommendation: Going back to Firestone. Don't use Hibdon.
