Made a appointment by email for 7/16/2021 by email

I went to the center to have my tires rotated no appointment showed up .i made the appointment through a email that was sent to me by email .very poor customer service . The appointment was made and okayed by email .my mistake for deleting it . Very very very poor customer service I bought tires in August last year a set of 4 User's recommendation: Do not believe emails from les schwab.
