First time the said the refills werent ready.weird because after I placed the orders on line I spoke to a pharmacy rep to make sure all was in place as mom was down to one round of humulog - levimir. Next day the line I was told levimir and the one touch strips needed doctor approval to return at 3 pm. I decided to come today. in line for an hour, the lady at the window tells me I have all no humulog. Park out front wait Ill take it to you. 30 mins call no ucome inside.
