Machine hose has holes

I have a Medizone spa machine. The problem is that the grey hose which connects the machine to the spa mat sustained holes from the heat during a spa bath. I have been trying to find out where I can find a replacement hose. It has been 4 years since the hose got burnt and this expensive machine is now useless. Please advise on where to get this hose around Gauteng, South Africa. My name is Nozipho Maphalala
