Hi, We have a M6K MkII machine with a TC Icon Hardware. We recently encountered two issues trying to save the User engines to our computer (A Mac Pro running Catalina 10.15.7) 1. I noticed our system only has bank 0 to save user presets. Banks 1-9 are unavailable. Which doesn't seem normal. I did a bit of research and saw that the units require a PCMCIA Card I don't know if the units come with one installed or we have to buy one separately. 2. We get an error saying the preset folder isn't valid. This used to work with our old 2013 Mac (High Sierra). We're not sure what the issue might be.
