M510 mouse and your support

Re ticket number 6781395. I am trying to connect the M510 to my laptop (Windows 10). I bought it in Sydney some time ago and can't remember where I bought it. I now live 150 kms from Sydney and it wouldn't be worth driving all that way to get help from the details (if I cold remember who it was) as required by your so called support team (see ticket number 6781395). And anyway Sydney is in Covid lockdown so I can't go there. All I want is someone to help get it connected to my laptop. All your so called support staff are doing is telling me to go to the retailer - I can't, Covid lockdown, don't they know that. And when I call your Australian phone help centre the IVR doesn't work. If you won't help me I'll throw the damn thing away and never buy a Logitech device again (and I have lots of them!). And I'll post the sorry story on social media. It's up to you.
