lying, deceitful duping customer service

1. Entire customer service team ([protected]) are liars. Their reps are totally 100% incompetent and don't know the escalation process. They would try to act to speak in this so called western English (not knowing the customer's caliber), has a huge head weight like they are carrying the globe on the shoulders like Atlas (but it is inside their head loaded full of arrogance), are brainwashed to connect to pathetic supervisors (The list from the worst of the worst to worst: 1.Amrinder Singh, 2.Sunny Trivedi, 3.Purushotham, 4.Abijit Patnaker & 5.Ritesh Singh). Customer service people will cover up your complaints and keep on transferring the calls to these lying supervisors and they would do nothing. Their manager prashanth singh would promise the world and would also say that he would take care of it personally but, he would be a no show. He is always in a meeting as per these supervisors. Either prashanth singh is lying or these supervisors or both. I am for sure believe all of the above supervisors lie through their teeth to cover up their ineptness. Their head mr. Barun ahuja is nowhere to be found. How can the management tolerate such incompetency of their customer service. Any company which has too good products but who has the worst customer service will eventually die a sickening death. (Aircel bankrupcy). Is the management of spectra is even aware of such issues. They had to literally shut down their major customer service in the name of and i quote their own words "sir, we are in the process of major upgrade which is going to help you eventually and to serve you better". Every complaint of yours would go either to "[protected]@spectra.???" or "[protected]@spectra.???". There is no personalization, no ownership, no accountability, no trust, no integrity, no truth, no honesty. These supervisors don't deserve to have a job in customer service, may be this lying company deserves such deceitful, duping supervisors. There is completely no integrity, honesty, trust, truth etc. in this company. The reps talk about professionalism on the phone, but it cannot by just in talking. More importantly, it must be in their working culture, their character but i failed to find even one atom of such virtues in the past 2 months I tried to disconnect my service from them. This lying company don't even deserve one star, because it is the worst. Write to the management team, complain to any bureau who would listen to your case. Sundar. An ex-customer.
