Lying and no solution

One of the WORST BLOOD BOILING- HAIR RAISING experiences that I am STILL going through. MATTRESS FIRM IS FULL OF LYING WHIMPS WHO CANT SEEM TO GET THEIR SH&;;;;;;;;;%T TOGETHER! It all started on 8/16/2020. I went in already knowing exactly which mattress I wanted. I paid in full right there. easiest sale ever. didn't even take but 15 min. I asked prior how many are in stock and can it be delivered on the same date (8/22/2020) as my new bed frame that I ordered. (I was upgrading from a queen to a king size!) Mary kindly replied, " yes no problem! We have 7 in stock and is available to be delivered on 8/22/2020". Perfect! ....... Not so perfect... Since then I have been put through the ringer with multiple people lying, not following through and telling me a delivery date and it coming to the day of and no mattress. I have since purchasing my mattress been rescheduled 6 times!... I have been told, "Oh someone caught corona so they shut down the warehouse" then the next time, "Oh the truck just didn't show up!" then the next time is when they really started pulling the covid card saying, "well there is just such a high demand for them right now, you have great taste because its a best seller" then the next time, "well there is a shortage of parts." ANYTHING ELSE YOU GUYS WANT TO MAKE EXCUSES FOR?!?!?! ZERO TRANSPARENCY!!!!!! JUST DEFLECTION OF THE ISSUE..... they tried to hush me up as I am sure I am a pain there butt to have them send a different mattress instead. (fun fact guys - my mom USED to work for this company. If they send you a different mattress they have to cancel your original ticket out in order to send you a different mattress which puts you in the back of line line... have fun waiting longer.) They also told me I could just cancel and go somewhere else.... gee thanks glad to know you value my business..... And if one of many stories is true of so many companies is having a shortage why would I go stand at the back of the line again?!.... Bottom line (as this is just scratching the surface and being super kind on this review) I paid for my mattress. I was told no problem I will have my mattress delivered (that is in stock) on the preferred date of delivery that I selected. and thats it. But no mattress... But it has been nothing but deflection, zero follow ups and leading me on week after week. I had to reach out myself at the end of business day each friday (day before supposable delivery date) to ask if its actually coming. And only up until today 9/25/2020 I had to ask where the *** is any emails for paper trail. For all I know you could have just charged my card and kept the money for yourselves and lead me on as I never got one official email with a delivery date or status or receipt........ just wow. Each time I call I get i am sorry. But darlings your sorry does nothing for me. I have no mattress for a month!!!!!! Costumer service hotline... don't even bother. I tried every option and number and not way to speak to a human. But that wouldn't do any good as they would just pass it to the district manager to deal with. Who did nothing for me either...... she basically told me i'm just another number and your no different than the last person I spoke to.... but if you'd like to can cancel your order, be refunded and be on your way.... great management. great problem solving. Or hey lets give you a crap mattress in the mean time to silence you so we can hear one less issue for the day. NOT A FU&*%NG CHANCE....... I PAID FOR MY MATTRESS. I WAS TOLD ITS AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY. I WANT IT NOW..... OH and best part for last. They finally sent me an email after having to actually request and they rescheduled my delivery for 11/2/2020....... no words to describe the -100/10 star service with this company. No effort has been made to go outside of their district to find one mattress. The girl on the phone today told me they were told to stop selling the particular mattress that I got because they are only making 1,000 a week and selling only 2,000 a week and cant keep up.......bullshit I just need one mattress! -Kat
